With 9 years of experience in the industry, she has become a respected leader known for her exceptional skills in design, project management, and team organization. As a native Floridian, she understands the unique challenges and opportunities of designing and building in the region, and has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the area; incorporating local, worldly and timeless influences into her designs whenever possible. Britnee is passionate about helping clients create spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Whether she is designing a sleek modern office or a cozy family home, her goal is to exceed expectations, deliver exceptional results and leave a lasting impression.
Eric Yoder is a highly skilled operations manager and accounting professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. He has played a critical role in the success of KS Restoration since joining the company in 2019, using his expertise in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing financials, and optimizing business processes to ensure that the company delivers top-quality construction services to its clients. With his deep understanding of construction best practices, Eric has implemented advanced accounting systems and processes that provide clients with a clear understanding of the financial aspects of their projects. This has been instrumental in helping KS Restoration to maintain financial stability and continue to grow its business.
As a Pennsylvania native who has made Sarasota his home for the past 8 years, Eric is committed to delivering high-quality construction services that meet the unique needs of clients throughout the region.
Ryan Lawlor has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he has worked on a wide variety of projects; from the Encore Casino, the largest privately funded project in Massachusetts' history, to smaller projects such as office buildings and residential homes giving him a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction. With a background in civil engineering, Ryan's expertise lies in both the hands-on aspects of construction as well as in the management and planning of large-scale projects. He moved from Boston to Sarasota to live in paradise and to take advantage of Florida's booming construction industry. His passion for the construction industry shines through in his commitment to sustainable building practices and his dedication to lifelong learning.
